The quarantine period for this show begins on the 26th of February 2026. During quarantine, you may not bring in any new animals of any species, including feeders. No deaths. No signs of parasites, illness, or disease. Please see more information on quarantine.
Mice born between January 31st and February 28th are eligible to be entered in the Under 8 Weeks (U8) class.
Show entry fees are $3/show entry. After 10 entries, $1/show entry.
Please do not send in payment until you are invoiced. Entries are not considered official until paid in full, unless other arrangements are made at the Show Secretary’s discretion.
Entries will be accepted from March 16th through March 24th 4 p.m. CDT.
You will receive a PayPal invoice from the FMBA for your entry fees and any applicable dues. No refunds and no late entries once entries close!
Mice are to be shown, upon arrival at the venue, individually in a small Kritter Keeper (or generic but visually similar equivalent) on white bedding, with a single slice of cucumber and a block of food. Questions, concerns, or requests for clarification may be sent via email to fmbaboard@gmail.com
In order to ensure that mice are not overcrowded during transit, which can be harmful to them, and cause problems during health checks, please familiarize yourself with the following chart for MAXIMUM travel density guidelines:
The FMBA requires the bucks be housed individually at events. Bucks found to be housed together will be required to be separated before health check.
Travel spaces on arrival apply to mice intended for sale as well as entries (Health Check considerations).
Equivalent modified tubs: Mini = 1.6 quart, Small = 1/2 gal or 2 quart, Medium = 1.75 gal or 6 quart, 3.75 gal = 15 quart, 5.5 gal = 20 quart, 10 gal= 40 quart.
Animals may require fresh bedding changes if having an overnight stay, before heading to show venue, depending on bedding and animals.
